Meet hidden Shoreditch treasure The Umbrella Project, recently launched in Cleve Workshops - a fab addition to the onRedchurch community

We dropped by to check out what they've done with the space and to sample some of their creations. It didn't disappoint!

The tucked away spot has been lovingly renovated to create a unique setting for an interactive cocktail experience, and what an experience it is! Our evening was spent not only sampling delicious concoctions, but also discovering the unique ingredients that make an Umbrella Project cocktail so special.

Visitors are treated to a daily changing menu that will act as an incubator for their latest drinks development. The most popular cocktails will then appearing on the menus of their sister sites, Discount Suit Company and The Sun Tavern. The space will also host tastings and workshops, with everything on the menu also available to buy to take home.

With just 12 seats, this intimate drinking spot is a hidden gem amongst bustling Shoreditch and perfectly located for pre-dinner cocktails before heading off to local favourites Brat, St John Bread & Wine and Rochelle Canteen.
