Community zine launches

Spring onRedchurch is the first of a quarterly series zines focused on our corner of Shoreditch; people, events and general things of interest.

Distributed to households in our neighbourhood, the first edition saw an interview with a local resident and entrepreneur, an exploration of the Cockney identity, and an introduction to Numbi Arts. Numbi have been part of the community for many years and, in their own words, are “celebrating the global and local voices that don’t have the materials or platform to express their voices. We’re about art, we’re about beauty and we’re about fostering a sense of community and solidarity amongst artists, art-lovers, creatives and dreamers of all stripes.”

We were honoured to have Numbi create the design and layout of this first edition, including the beautiful artwork that makes up the centre poster. You can download a copy of the newsletter here or get in touch if you’d like a printed version.
